Neons & Lace Character
Marissa
Manager • Neons & Lace
The woman keeping the whole place upright.
If Neons & Lace looks effortless on a packed Saturday night, Marissa is probably the reason. She handles schedules, reservations, staff problems, money problems, customer problems, and the endless parade of small disasters that arrive before the doors open and continue until the last person leaves.
Inside Neons
Her management philosophy is simple: make money, keep boundaries. A customer can spend thousands and still get removed if he forgets the second half.
Marissa is not sentimental about the business, but she is fiercely protective of the people who make it run.
